Through our tailored training programmes, we ensure our Pioneers can hit the ground running, whilst also providing a supported pathway that enables their long-term professional aspirations.

We source, train, and deploy talent in locations across the globe; running classes throughout the year that focus on Java, Python, SQL and DevOps practices and more, which can lead to roles within Software Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Analytics and Analysis.

The Pioneer programme enables us to support our clients’ diversity ambitions through the adoption of inclusive recruitment practices that support all marginalised and vulnerable groups. INCREASING WORKFORCE CAPABILITY VIA FTE CONVERSION
Our clients benefit from the ability to convert Pioneers to FTEs at no cost to the business from 18 months onwards. Our Pioneers are permanently employed by IQUAD until they are transitioned to our clients’ workforces, free of charge, enabling us to ensure a smooth transition process.
SUPPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE
Relevant qualifications and certifications underpin competence. All our Pioneers are certified within their own specialist area of expertise. Certifications held include AWS Cloud Practitioner, PCEP Certified Python Programmer or Java Programming, amongst many others.
CREATING & SUPPORTING CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Our Pioneers are full time employees of IQUAD. Through our team of dedicated engagement managers and technical trainers, we monitor and manage every Pioneer’s performance, productivity, and ongoing development. This ensures that their progression is always in line with our client’s expectations. We are also fully committed to supporting our Pioneers’ wellbeing on an ongoing basis.

Eliminating unconscious bias
To support diversity and inclusion, our assessment platform helps the Talent Acquisition team to run fair and objective test campaigns by removing any unconscious bias within the recruitment process.
Challenging unconscious bias in our own practices has helped us to cultivate an increasingly diverse workplace culture. We use this learned experience to help our clients remove implicit bias during their own interview selection process, for the wider benefit of everyone in the organisation
By engaging with our experienced returners to work, each one of our clients has an innovative way to expand its talent pipeline, improve business performance and boost workplace diversity.
